Wine Intelligence was founded in 2002 with the aim of helping the global wine industry understand its markets and consumers better.
Wine Intelligence conducts market research and strategy projects with trade and consumer respondents around the world and is now established as the world’s leading research-led insights, branding and marketing strategy consultancy for the wine sector. Our active clients, who include some of the largest multi-national drinks businesses in the world, now number over 60 companies, organisations and governments.
The business comprises a team of 35 permanent staff, offices in London, Avignon, Valladolid, and Sydney, plus associates in Brazil, Germany, Italy, USA and South Africa.
Position: Project Executive / Senior Project Executive
Type of role: Permanent, full-time
Salary & benefits: £27,000 – £31,000 per annum
+ Up to 10% of salary as bonus
+ Five weeks paid annual leave

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Most business activity at Wine Intelligence involves producing world-class research and insights reports, either for syndicated sale or for individual clients, involving both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
This role is focused on the project management and delivery, working as part of the Project & Insights Team in the setup, management and delivery of market research projects to clients and the syndicated reports library. An important part of the role will be project managing quantitative consumer research, and the creation of accurate, readable and stimulating analysis and narrative.

Wine Intelligence hires interns on a regular basis throughout the year. The internship term is typically 3 months in length, and runs:

We are looking for students of business / marketing / market research / social sciences / economics with a strong academic record, a keen interest in the wine industry and an eagerness to have hands-on experience in market research. Fluent English is a must and any additional language skills will be considered a bonus.
We offer you a unique opportunity to gain direct experience in market research and the global wine industry. We will give you the chance to be involved in a variety of in-house and client projects, where you will develop both quantitative and qualitative research skills, as well as report-writing, project management and data analysis skills.
