The session will focus on current market conditions, consumer behaviour, and attitudes to the sparkling wine category in general, and to English sparkling wine in particular. The business and financial challenges of this sector will also be discussed.
Jointly hosted by Richard Halstead of Wine Intelligence and Tony Milanowski of Plumpton College, the seminar will host a panel of experts from different parts of the supply chain, who will offer their views on the key issues and opportunities facing the English sparkling wine category.
