In a seminar entitled “Trends to Watch in 2018: The Business of Bubbles and Beyond”, Chuan Zhou will join moderator Debra Meiburg MW and other panellists for an interactive discussion between speaker and audience at this year’s Honk Kong International Wine & Spirits Fair 2017. The panel consists of experts from key Sparkling wine regions and Asia market analysts, who will pinpoint opportunities for growth and the most impactful trends in the sparkling wine market.
Chuan Zhou’s own presentation will focus on consumer demands, expectations and choices, and how they are evolving in the light of emerging trends. He will also examine Sparkling wine consumption in both the on-trade and off-trade, and discuss the marketing opportunities – and challenges – present in China and Japan. His presentation will be supported by the latest consumer insights gathered by Wine Intelligence for a series of industry-leading reports: Sparkling Wine in the Japanese Market 2017 and the upcoming Sparkling Wine in the Chinese Market 2017 report.
